On Saturday with the help of Dylan’s school friends we celebrated her 6th birthday. This year we decided to do something different and took the party to a place called Starr Gymnastics. It’s a gymnastics arena that operates as a Chucky Cheese style birthday palace on weekends. Dylan, Jack and 6 friends from school had an amazing time. For the first hour the kids are busy with an instructor playing a variety of games in the gym. In the second hour your get a private room with a table to hold your own birthday cake and gift opening festivities. And the best part, they clean it all up for you!
Instead of cake, we made cupcakes and let the kids decorate them. Again, I was really happy that I didn’t have to clean up.
Aside from the girls and Jack having a wonderful time, the most memorable part of the party was when the Pizza delivery guy appeared with 3 large cheese pizza’s. Cory was in charge of ordering the food (cheese pizza) and thought each little girl would eat at least 2 pieces. Needless to say he was wrong and we are still eating cheese pizza.
Sorry we missed Dylan’s 6th birthday party…I can’t believe she’s 6! Happy Belated Birthday Dylan!!!
